Request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Exchanges first
Wrong size or length? We’ll prioritise an exchange so you keep the piece you love in the right fit, subject to availability.

Made-to-measure & final sale
Custom and made-to-measure pieces are final sale. We confirm every detail with you on WhatsApp before production.
